Shrabani Basu tells the story of Noor's life from her birth in Moscow to her capture by the Germans. Kept in solitary confinement, starved and beaten she refused to reveal anything, not even her name and had an unbreakable spirit. She was taken to Dachau concentration camp and shot on the 13th September 1944.
