Dispatch & Delivery
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order. Free delivery is offered on orders over £100. We reserve the right to amend this in the future. Currently we are only able to dispatch to the UK.
All items are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Please allow 10 to 12 working days for your item to be fulfilled. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive an email from us confirming when your item has been dispatched.
If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock it will not be included in your order, but the remainder of your order will be dispatched. We will contact you via email with an indication of the expected delivery time, and offer you the opportunity to cancel and refund the item. If you wish to progress with the item, we will cover the cost of postage of the follow-up delivery.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product we will be happy to exchange or refund it. We are able to offer a refund within 28 working days of the goods being received by you. Returned items must be in their original condition and include all tags and labels.
Please return in the original packaging, and enclose the original order documentation, as well as a Returns Form.
A refund will be issued once we have received the item in a sellable condition (unless faulty). We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products unless they are faulty:
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. To return an item, please send it to the address below clearly marked 'Returns'. This does not affect your statutory rights.
