We have made every effort to reproduce colours as accurately as possible on the site, but please be aware that the actual colours you see on the screen may differ to those of your ordered products. Overseas customers may find their orders are subject to import duties and taxes. The National Army Museum Shop has no control over additional customs charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer.

To browse or search for products, follow the navigation at the top of the screen, where you can select products by category, sub-category and range. Use the search box at the top of the screen to search by key word or description. Clicking 'all products' at the bottom of the screen will take you to a list of all products available on the site. You can also shop by brand by selecting a brand logo from the rolling asset at the bottom of the home screen.
To make a purchase online, click on any items you wish to buy, select the quantity and product variant (if applicable) and use the 'Add To Cart' button to place the item(s) in your basket. Once you have finished your selection, click 'Cart' at the top of the screen. You can amend your selection in the 'My Cart' area up until the point of payment.
You will then be asked to complete your contact, delivery and payment details to enable us to fulfil your order. Our payment gateway is hosted through Paypal. However, you do not need a Paypal account to use this gateway and you will not be charged for any Paypal fee. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
We will notify you by email to confirm the successful completion of your order. Please be aware of spam settings which could result in this email being held in your junk mail box. Please check the confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors by emailing email@example.com.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order for delivery to the UK. Free delivery is offered on orders over £100. We reserve the right to amend this in the future. Currently we are only able to dispatch to the UK, with the aim of offering international delivery in 2018.
All items are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Please allow 5 working days for your item to be fulfilled. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will be notified if your order is out of stock and delivery can take up to 28 working days.
A follow-up email will be sent when the goods are dispatched to you. It is at this point of the transaction that we accept your order, are bound to fulfil it, and a contract is formed.
If an item you have requested is temporarily out of stock it will not be included in your order, but the remainder of your order will be dispatched. We will contact you via email with an indication of the expected delivery time, and offer you the opportunity to cancel and refund the item. If you wish to progress with the item, we will cover the cost of postage of the follow-up delivery.
Where a product is held in stock at our supplier's, we will arrange for this to be sent directly from the supplier. These will be subject to a maximum of 28 days delivery. These exceptions are stated in the relevant product description.
Our online payment gateway is hosted through Paypal. However, you do not require a Paypal account to complete your transaction. You will also not face any additional charges from Paypal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Your order can be amended in your 'Cart' up until the point of payment.
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please call us on 020 7730 0717 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, quoting your order reference number. If the goods have already been dispatched you will need to follow the instructions in our returns policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product we will be happy to exchange or refund it. We are able to offer a refund within 28 working days of the goods being received by you. Returned items must be in their original condition and include all tags and labels.
Please return in the original packaging, and enclose the original order documentation, as well as a Returns Form.
A refund will be issued once we have received the item in a sellable condition (unless faulty). We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products unless they are faulty:
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. To return an item, please send it to the address below clearly marked 'Returns'. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately we cannot process refunds from online orders in our museum shop. Refunds must be sent via post only following the process listed above.
